Our customers use our 'Your Countries' price comparison system to find the best deal for calling their countries from our 15 recommended calling cards. Some favourites are appearing:
- Bizon. A high rated card with no fees and excellent rates. for many it’s the best deal.
- Cardinal, Continental, Penny Boss. With bargain prices and low fees, these work out to be the lowest cost cards for people who call abroad frequently or talk for a long time.
Mozart Really Does Sound Best. Jan 20 09
One of our recommended cards is Mozart, which has the best sound quality of all the cards we recommend. It's one of the most expensive in our pricing database (though it’s still a lot cheaper than the AT&T calling card), but it really does have noticeably better sound quality than the other calling cards. 'I talk on the phone to my family in England using the Bizon card, Partner, Continental etc (I keep retesting all of our recommended cards) and they all work great... except when I'm talking with my Dad. For some reason I have a hard time understanding his words, but not when I use the Mozart card! Mozart is a more expensive card because it uses less compression when sending the call overseas. Less compression means more data, which costs the phone company more, but less compression also means that the call is noticeably clearer. So from now on, I always use the Mozart card when calling my Dad!' -Mark J

'Your Countries' Card Price Comparison with 15 Different Cards Offered Dec 12 08
We rolled out the first version of our special 'Your Countries' card pricing and recommendation app for Smart Caller! Find it by tapping 'Buy Calling Card... we set it up for you' under settings. Currently we have 15 great cards that we recommend. The best deal for each customer depends on which country you are calling to; if you talk for a long time on the phone or a short time; and if lowest price or best quality and reliability is most important to you. The app takes all these factors into consideration, does total cost pricing calculations for all our cards, and then presents you with the estimated monthly cost for 1) the cheapest card, 2) the cheapest card with a 5 star rating, 3) the best quality card. Sometimes the cheapest card is the 5 star rated card!

We've expanded from just recommending the Bizon card to a family of 15 different calling cards: Bizon, Cardinal, Champion, CheapStreet, Chopin, EastWest, El Toro, Everest, Express, Fastworld, Lucky Minutes, Mozart, Partner, Penny Boss, and Solaris. These are all no-fee or low-fee cards offering good service and competitive rates. Bizon, the card we launched with, remains a star with no fees, great rates to all countries, and good quality and reliability.

Smart Caller goes live- ready for free download by all US customers, and features the Bizon Calling Card as the first recommended card. Bizon has no account or connection fees, and has great rates and is a good quality card.
